I've been searching for a DVD or VHS copy of "A Christmas Carol" (1971 Version) either black/white or color for well over a year now and have thus far been unsuccessful...so here I've ended up...is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction to be able to obtain a copy of this movie? Please?

This animated version was available at Amazon a few years ago on VHS for about ten dollars, but now out of print, they list a used copy at $94.95

The publisher, Anchor Bay, is no longer releasing VHS titles, so this is probably in line for eventual release on DVD. The company has an email address for making suggestions, which might help expedite its release:

This past Christmas season, a few copies were available on DVD from Ebay for less than twenty bucks.
I got one. Quality is OK, but there are a few brief cuts from what I remember of the original version.
