CED VideoDisc and Player Discussion

Hello,
I have a question about the Back to the Future CED,
1/ Did this CED have the Laser vision mark and also states
"ENCODED VIDEO DISC" is this correct?

2/ The person that has this is not interested in formats and
would not know the difference between Laser disc or CED,
but has clearly stated that the word CED can't be found on the cover,
is the CED version absent of the letters CED?

3/ I always thought that CED,s were only called ENCODED VIDEODISC
is this correct?.

I hope that someone can help me even if it is a matter of having a look
at there Back to the Future title in detail, as I only want the CED version
of this title,Looking foward to a reply.

The caddy for this title doesn't state LaserVision or have a LV logo. It does state "This VideoDisc has a matrixed surround soundtrack" on the back label. Only a few caddies specifically state the movie is in surround sound, and these can be identified by the triple asterisk notation in the CED Title Database:

On the front there is a light blue banner across the top of the caddy label with the CED logo and stating "Capacitance Electronic Disc System." It also has a closed-captioning logo. These details are obvious on the 1024 x 1146 pixel images on the CD-ROM, but can also be made out on the 232 x 260 pixel image in this Featured CED:
